A Word From Us
We are a small, but diverse team who all have individual talents and specialties that Amsy Chartered Surveyors seeks to nurture and enhance. We start every morning with a team meeting to unite and discuss the day ahead. We work together to ensure we provide landlords with a reliable, professional and friendly service. We want our landlords to feel like they are well looked after and can come to us with any issue, no matter how big or small. We will always have time.
Dovid Pink, our founding Director, is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with 30 years of experience in the Telecoms industry. He worked for over 12 years as a Telecoms Surveyor, working in a firm providing consultancy services to all Operators, including Site Search, Acquisition, Planning and Estate Management Services.
In 2008 he “crossed the fence” and began working solely for Landlords bringing all his knowledge and experience with him. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family and being active in communal matters.

Dovid pink
Director
Danielle has a vast experience in office administration, with a previous role in the private health sector, where she learnt all aspects of efficient office management.
Prior to this Danielle worked for Marks and Spencer’s for 14 years. After seven years, Danielle progressed to the position of a manager. Here she learnt a large array of customer services skills.
Danielle is a mom of three, and outside of work she enjoys spending as much time a possible doing family activities. Danielle also enjoys reading and all aspects of craft work.

Office Administrator
Will is a Chartered Surveyor who began his career in telecoms in 2017, providing strategic estates advice for the major telecoms operators. He has gained experience across a wide range of estates services including, lease renewals, rent reviews and property management. He has since made the switch to providing estates support to Landlords.
Alongside telecoms, Will has a keen interest in music and enjoys collecting records.

Chaviva, Head of Human Resources for Amsy Chartered Surveyors is also a mother, author, and teacher. Utilising her unique inter-personal skills into managing a diverse team of surveyors, Chaviva has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Amsy Chartered Surveyors.

Avremel has 7 years’ experience in the telecoms sector. He specialises in Old Code Rent Reviews and heads our business development initiatives.
He enjoys playing and teaching guitar and drums, travelling and cooking.

Associate Director
Josh is a Senior Surveyor from a property background in residential conveyancing, moving over to telecoms in 2016, working on high pressure projects in central London.
Having branched out since then, he has gained a wide range of experience working on projects including the Telecommunications Code, Lease Renewals and relocation negotiations, including many cases that have helped establish law at the Lands Tribunal.
Moving to Amsy Chartered Surveyors, Josh has made the switch over to proving support for landlords.
Alongside telecoms, Josh enjoys LARPing, camping and board games with friends.

Senior Surveyor
Dan is a Surveyor who moving his career into the telecoms sector in 2018. He has worked on a range of telecoms projects, including Micro site acquisition, Macro site relocations, and matters related to the Telecommunications Code. Now at Amsy Chartered Surveyors, he focuses on helping landlords manage telecoms issues. Outside of work, Dan enjoys LARPing, walking and playing games.
DAN HUGHES
Surveyor
Shneur, Business Development Manager for Amsy Chartered Surveyors, brings extensive experience in event logistics and large-scale project coordination. In Amsy, he focuses mainly on streamlining operations. He also manages new enquiries, Rent Reviews and manages Site Access. Outside work, he volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician, as well as enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
SHNEUR PINK
Business Development Manager
Gemma started in the telecoms industry in 2009 as the co-founder of The Phone Mast Company. During that time, she acquired a keen interest in telecoms law and completed her law degree in 2018.
Joining Amsy Chartered Surveyors in 2021, she specialises in lease renewals and new lettings, following every twist and turn of the Electronic Communications Code. She enjoys working closely with landlords to help them understand the law and secure the best phone mast agreement.
When not working, Gemma enjoys Crossfit, reading and Formula 1. She has 3 children and too many dogs.
