If the mobile phone operator leasing your property has requested to make an upgrade or change to their telecom mast, it’s important to take a moment before saying yes. It might seem like a simple affair—one that couldn’t possibly affect you. Except that it very well could.

  • Depending on the size and nature of the upgrade, it can also have a visual impact on your property.
