Allowing Another Operator on Your Property
Have you received a letter asking for your permission to share the site with a third party? Then you need some advice.
It is important the operator does not exceed the rights granted by the agreement. We need to look carefully at whether sharing is permitted and whether we can charge a payment for allowing them to do so.
Amsy Chartered Surveyors will review the lease and advise you as to what they have the rights to do. We will also ensure that you receive your fair share. If there is no clause allowing the tenant to share the site with Third-Party Operators, we will negotiate the best deal for you.
