Meet the Team
In his spare time he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family and being active in communal matters.
Avremel has taken a more unconventional route in life than other team members. Having graduated as a Rabbi, he joined the IDF and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
More recently, he studied Philosophy and Political Theory at university of Manchester, and received a Masters with Distinction. His research focus was on telecommunications policy.
It seems that Avremel is always working; in his words ‘I have a lifetime to enjoy my free time’. However when he does have some spare time it is often spent playing guitar, arguing theology and politics and cooking fine cuisine.
Bhavesh graduated in Law from Lancaster University, and has over fifteen years experience working on behalf of all the major Telecommunications Operators, working on sites across the United Kingdom. In January 2021, he made the decision to join Amsy Chartered Surveyors to use his skills and knowledge to act on behalf of property owners.
In his free time, Bhavesh is a family man who enjoys watching football, cricket and boxing, live music, and classic and contemporary cinema.
Gemma stated in the telecoms industry in 2009 as the co-founder of The Phone Mast Company. During that time, she acquired a keen interest in telecoms law and completed her law degree in 2018.
Joining Amsy in 2021, she specialises in lease renewals and new lettings, following every twist and turn of the Electronic Communications Code. She enjoys working closely with landlords to help them understand the law and secure the best phone mast agreement.
When not working, Gemma enjoys Crossfit, reading and taking things apart to see how they work (unfortunately she’s not so good at putting them back together!). She has 3 children and too many dogs.’
