About Us
We are a firm of specialist telecoms surveyors who provide advice to landlords with phone masts on their property. Our aim is to empower property owners with the tools to protect their rights and ensure they received fair rents. We only work for landlords to ensure we never have a conflict of interests.
In 2008, Amsy Chartered Surveyors was founded by Dovid Pink. When Dovid, worked as an agent for Operators like Orange, O2 and Vodafone, he discovered that they had far superior knowledge, experience, and negotiating power. And so, Amsy Chartered Surveyors was founded to give property owners a fair chance.
Over the years, we have grown to a team of six with over 30 years of combined experience. We work throughout the United Kingdom providing expert advice on phone masts in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and are RICS regulated for your peace of mind.

Dovid Pink, our founding Director, is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with 30 years of experience in the Telecoms industry. He worked for over 12 years as a Telecoms Surveyor, working in a firm providing consultancy services to all Operators, including Site Search, Acquisition, Planning and Estate Management Services.
In 2008 he “crossed the fence” and began working solely for Landlords bringing all his knowledge and experience with him. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, spending time with his family and being active in communal matters.

Chaviva, Head of Human Resources for Amsy Chartered Surveyors is also a mother, author, and teacher. Utilising her unique inter-personal skills into managing a diverse team of surveyors, Chaviva has created a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Amsy Chartered Surveyors.

Gemma started in the telecoms industry in 2009 as the co-founder of The Phone Mast Company. During that time, she acquired a keen interest in telecoms law and completed her law degree in 2018.
Joining Amsy Chartered Surveyors in 2021, she specialises in lease renewals and new lettings, following every twist and turn of the Electronic Communications Code. She enjoys working closely with landlords to help them understand the law and secure the best phone mast agreement.
When not working, Gemma enjoys Crossfit, reading and Formula 1. She has 3 children and too many dogs.

Avremel has 7 years’ experience in the telecoms sector. He specialises in Old Code Rent Reviews and heads our business development initiatives.
He enjoys playing and teaching guitar and drums, travelling and cooking.

Danielle has a vast experience in office administration, with a previous role in the private health sector, where she learnt all aspects of efficient office management.
Prior to this Danielle worked for Marks and Spencer’s for 14 years. After seven years, Danielle progressed to the position of a manager. Here she learnt a large array of customer services skills.
Danielle is a mom of three, and outside of work she enjoys spending as much time a possible doing family activities. Danielle also enjoys reading and all aspects of craft work.

Cameron joined the telecoms industry in 2023, working as a Graduate Estates Surveyor on the Operators' side of the industry, having previously completed a degree in Building Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys spending time with family, traveling and has season ticket for his favourite football team.

Estates Surveyor
Will is a Chartered Surveyor who began his career in telecoms in 2017, providing strategic estates advice for the major telecoms operators. He has gained experience across a wide range of estates services including, lease renewals, rent reviews and property management. He has since made the switch to providing estates support to Landlords.
Alongside telecoms, Will has a keen interest in music and enjoys collecting records.
